At Alpine Evolution, we believe in attention to detail and a personal approach. The owners are directly involved in all aspects of your stay and are happy to provide information and advice on everything from adventure activities to dining out on the staff's night off.
For your convenience, we operate a complimentary shuttle service into the village centre between 09:00 and 10.30 and 16:00pm and 17:45pm.
Food
Good food is an essential part of any holiday so prepare to indulge! At Alpine Evolution we are passionate about food, from where it is sourced to how it is prepared and cooked. Our menus are designed around local, quality raw ingredients with the changing seasons kept in mind.
Breakfast, served between 8 and 9am, typically includes a selection of fresh breads and pastries, homemade jams and muesli, stewed fruits and a delicious cooked option.
Our evening dishes range from seared venison with braised red cabbage, herb mash and juniper juice to baked zanderfillet with butterbean puree, sautéed courgettes and leeks, and a green herb sauce.
We also serve afternoon tea with treats such as homemade carrot cake muffins with lavender icing or apple struedel with vanilla sauce.
Toddlers' and childrens' menus are flexible, allowing us to serve dishes they are sure to enjoy.
